The client is the city of Verden (Aller).

Only the city of Verden (Aller) is authorized and obliged to take part in the award procedure.

The city of Verden is planning the full expansion of Max-Planck-Straße in Verden (Aller) from the Berliner Ring to Borsteler Chaussee. In the intersection area of the Berliner Ring, the construction of a roundabout is planned. The construction site is divided into 8 construction phases and has a total length of approx. 1,244 m.

The overall construction project will comprise a total of 3 construction phases, each of which will be put out to tender separately in the following annual slices.

- Construction phase 2023 - continuous route, construction phases I - IV, station 1+226,083 - 0+575,211

- Construction phase 2024 - continuous route, construction phases V - VII, station 0+575,211 - 0+022,309

- Construction phase 2025 - roundabout, construction phase VIII, station 0+022,309 to western edge of ancillary facilities CIP
