General project management for the widening of the exit ramp of junction n°55 of Nice Est on the A8 motorway

The improvements concern the widening of the Nice Est exit ramp on the A8 motorway in the direction of Aix-en-Provence/Italy. This contract concerns the main project management mission from the PROjet phase, supplemented by additional missions of specific studies and project management assistance necessary for the design and implementation of the operation.

The work will be carried out under traffic, in an area with strong constraints, such as restricted land rights-of-way. They concern, by way of example and not exhaustively: earthworks, sanitation, pavements, signage, operating and safety equipment, civil engineering related to the networks and operating equipment to be moved and/or created.

This project management mission includes the following main mission elements: PRO, DCE, ACT, VISA, DET, SYN ETU/TRA, OPC ETU/TRA and AOR

Additional coordination, studies and project management assistance missions such as: appropriation of previous studies, general OPC on the scope of the operation, assistance with budgetary and accounting monitoring, assistance with the designation, management and monitoring of specialized study and control service providers, geotechnical engineering studies (G2 PRO/ACT) and geotechnical execution supervision (G4), assistance in the preparation of files prior to commissioning, assistance in drawing up reports and/or agreements for the handover of works to track managers, assistance in carrying out diagnostics and summaries and in preparing agreements necessary for the diversion/restoration/creation of concession networks.

Missions must be carried out in support of a risk management and "costing" system.

The candidate should include specialists in all aspects of the operation as mentioned above. During the execution and monitoring phase of the contract works, the project manager will have the skills required for each phase of the project.
