The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected within the administrative boundaries of the Stężyca Commune and equipping property owners with appropriate containers and their marking. The detailed scope of the contract is described in the Specification of the Terms of The Contract.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of:

1.1. collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected within the administrative boundaries of the Stężyca Commune for:

1.1.1 real estate on which residents live,

1.1.2 properties on which residents do not live, and waste is generated, in relation to the real estate on which the activity is carried out:

a) the Stężyca Commune Office and other organizational units of the Stężyca Commune acting in the form of budgetary units,

b) cultural institutions for which the organizer, co-organizer or co-leader is the municipality of Stężyca,

(c) municipal legal persons;

1.2. equipping the owners of real estate listed in point 1.1. with appropriate containers intended for the collection and collection of municipal waste: "PAPER", "GLASS", "METALS AND PLASTICS", "BIO", "ASH" and "UNSEGREGATED (MIXED)" in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of separate collection of selected fractions of waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906).

1.3. marking containers intended for the collection and collection of municipal waste with a bar code.

The offer price shall include the scope and conditions of implementation as described in the SWZ and the Annexes.
