The customer may make minor changes to the total number of passengers transported on the route and to the annual number of kilometres driven at the destination in accordance with the contract, so that the increase or decrease is no more than 10% per annum and 20% during the entire contract period, if the circumstances or conditions for arranging traffic have changed in such a way that it is not appropriate or possible to manage the traffic as agreed.
