Procurement of pupil transports in pre-primary and basic education lv. 2023-2025 Municipality of Tammela

The tendering process concerns the management of pupil transport for pre-primary and basic education in the municipality of Tammela on the basis of a public transport licence or taxi licence for the period 1.8.2023–31.5.2025. In one school year, there are a total of 187-190 school days.

The customer may make minor changes to the total number of passengers transported on the route and to the annual number of kilometres driven at the destination in accordance with the contract, so that the increase or decrease is no more than 10% per annum and 20% during the entire contract period, if the circumstances or conditions for arranging traffic have changed in such a way that it is not appropriate or possible to manage the traffic as agreed. There must be a sufficient number of cars to ensure that the timetables are at least as set out (in accordance with the transport time annex). The customer must notify the operator of the changes mentioned herein no later than 2 weeks before their implementation. These changes may also apply to mileage increases due to school closures.

The customer obliges the operator to use the student transport management system chosen by the customer.

Route additions not included in the previous change percentage will be competitive through separate tenders.

If the operator provides route transport services for pupil transport, billing should be based on stamping equipment prints.

The subscriber will provide the school day schedules to the winning bidders in week 18. Based on the schedules received and the updated lists in the tender documents, the winning bidders must present a route plan to the subscriber by the end of week 21. The Subscriber reserves the right to define a more detailed appropriate route scheduling for all routes after consulting the provider of the route. In addition, the municipality of Tammela, as a child-friendly municipality, requires that the waiting and transport times of pupils are kept short.

Destination 1, School center and preschoolers: Kaukjärvi direction. PRICE EXCLUDING VAT FOR TWO ACADEMIC YEARS

ROUTE: In accordance with the transport lists, in the mornings from Heinämaa and Kuumakuja 64 yards (Kaukjärvi Old School) and other necessary pick-up points, primary and secondary school students ride to the School Centre and norrintie for preschoolers. In the afternoons, return transportation of preschoolers, primary and secondary school students to the morning pick-up points.

SCHEDULE: Teaching for transport students at the school center begins at 8:55 a.m. in the morning. There are afternoon transports for school days ending at 13, 14:05 and 15. Pupils are allowed to be in the yard of the school / early childhood education unit no earlier than 30 minutes before the start of their own planned teaching. However, when school starts at 08:00, students are allowed to be in the schoolyard no earlier than 07:40.

The subscriber will provide the school day schedules to the winning bidders in week 18. Based on the schedules received and the updated lists in the tender documents, the winning bidders must present a route plan to the subscriber by the end of week 21.
