The Trust is seeking to deliver an organisational transformation programme which will build the capability and capacity for improvement from the Board to the frontline. The strategic objectives of this procurement is to deliver a programme that will Consolidate our strategy development as a senior team; Identify our talent within the organisation; Accelerate the pace of work on key strategic priorities and Build capability for improvement. In addition the programme will focus on generating a high degree of staff engagement, compassionate leadership and put quality at the core of the programme, aligning with most recent NHS Policy.
