- the General Interest Programme (Pig) "Fight against energy poverty"

- and a Territorial Platform for Energy Renovation (Ptre).

The minimum and maximum quantities per year are specified in the CR

it is a question of setting up a one-stop shop for housing with an entrance door well identified by the user, in particular through the implementation of a single entrance door, dedicated to the Compa.

The User, whether an individual or a small private tertiary company, contacts the one-stop shop.

At the end of these first exchanges of 1st level information and personalized advice (called acts A1 and A2 according to the terminology of the acts of the SARE trades in force until the end of 2024) and according to his resources or project, the user is directed either to PIG support or to PTRE support.
