The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber to be carried out in Ustroń Forest District in 2022.
The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ.
Package 01 Mountaineers1. The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber from Annex 3 to SWZ, which shall consist of:

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system
Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distance and conditions of the spun off of wood
Annex No 3.4. — Catalogue of time standards for forest work carried out in forest development

2. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are of an estimate.
3) Qualitative standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forest works” in organisational units State Forests. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).
4) Unnormations which the Contractor will, in particular, be obliged to observe in the execution of the object of the contract includes paragraph 3.2.SWZ
5) The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors. In the event of an intention to perform the subject of a contract involving subcontractors, the contractor shall indicate in his tender the parts of the contract (tangible ranges) the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known. This indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication in the Subcontract Offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce the subcontractor only under the terms set out in the contract.
6) The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of the persons performing the performance of the contract involving the acquisition and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of the work in a manner referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).
