This contract is a supply contract for the provision of equipment and the supply of small equipment and products necessary for the maintenance of buildings.

This lot concerns floor washers, mono-brushes, vacuum cleaners, etc. to be made available with a monthly fee during the entire market.

This lot concerns an outdoor washer-sweeper for the maintenance of a covered parking space of +/- 7,200 m 2 on two floors and an uncovered car park of 2,600 m 2 .

This machine will be made available by the successful tenderer as a monthly rental package for the duration of the contract. However, the contracting authority draws the attention of the tenderer who must include in his package the registration of the vehicle which will be required to travel on the road between the two covered platforms and the uncovered platform as well as the “RC motor vehicles” insurance. .

This lot concerns the machines that are useful and necessary for the maintenance of cleaning textiles used during household maintenance at the University Hospital Tivoli. These machines are to be made available with a monthly rental fee for the duration of the market.

This lot concerns the complete equipment for the cleaning service, namely:

- cleaning trolleys and their accessories,

- cleaning textiles,

- cleaning products,

- detergents,

- centralized vending machines,

- small cleaning equipment.

These trolleys and their accessories will be made available as a monthly package throughout the duration of the contract. Replacement of trolley accessories will also be included in the cost of the package.

The cleaning textiles will be made available in the form of a monthly fee throughout the duration of the contract. These will be replaced as soon as wear is observed.

The products are not to be included in the fixed monthly cost. The price per liter of solution must be mentioned in the inventory.
