Conclusion of a service contract for the operation as well as for the content and technical development of the Competence Center for Securing Skilled Workers (KOFA). The KOFA is a key measure of the BMWK to secure skilled workers and addresses the special challenges of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The KOFA supports SMEs in the sense of "helping them to help themselves" by providing information and recommendations for action in finding, retaining and qualifying skilled workers.

The services to be provided are described in five work packages. An important part of the contract is the website www.kofa.de, on which all information offers are published. All publicity measures are to be planned in close coordination with the responsible department, taking into account the specifications of the BMWK Public Relations and Social Media/Online Communication Departments and in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Design of the Federal Government or the BMWK.
