The object of the acquisition is the purchase of electric car charging points for properties managed by Helsingin Asumisoikeus Oy (“HASO”, hereinafter also referred to as “Procurement Unit” or “Subscriber”). The acquisition also includes charging point operation and maintenance services related to the installation and commissioning of charging points, measuring electricity consumption and billing.

The acquisition also includes the operation and maintenance functionalities of the charging points, as well as the telecommunications equipment and telecommunications connections needed to implement the functionalities.

The contract is concluded with one (1) supplier. The actual contract period is two (2) years. The agreement may be extended for a total of two (2) one (1) year option periods. The redemption of option periods is a right, not an obligation, of the Subscriber.

Installation of charging points is carried out on a distributed basis during the contract period. Charging points are acquired if necessary for all Subscriber managed properties.

The order quantities listed in the invitation to tender and in the attachments to the invitation to tender are estimates only. The contracting entity orders charging points according to its needs. The contract does not contain the Subscriber's obligation to purchase a quantity and does not provide the selected supplier with the exclusive right to supply the goods to the Subscriber.
