The assignment includes the periodic cleaning of the common parts of various apartment buildings and the office building of De Voorkempen-HE and the window washing as described on the measurement statement for the account of the client and according to the descriptions of the special specifications.

If the tenderer finds such errors or omissions in the specifications or in the additional documents of the contract that it is impossible for him to calculate a price, or that the comparison of the tenders is no longer valid, he must immediately, at least 10 days before the day on which tenders are opened, written notice to the contracting authority. The contracting authority judges on a discretionary basis whether it is justified to adjourn the session of the opening of tenders and to publish a correction due to the importance of the errors or gaps.
