The subject of the contract is the provision of catering services for the Municipality of Wałbrzych – City with District Rights and its organizational units. The subject of the contract was divided into three tasks.

The subject of the contract is the provision of catering services for children aged 2.5 to 7 years in the following institutions:

a) Local Government Kindergarten No. 2 in Wałbrzych in the School and Preschool Complex No. 3 (Chałubińskiego 13 Street);

b) Local Government Kindergarten No. 3 in Wałbrzych in the School and Preschool Complex No. 4 (11 Listopada 75 Street);

c) Local Government Kindergarten No. 5 in Wałbrzych in the School and Preschool Complex No. 5 (Limanowskiego 12 Street);

d) Local Government Kindergarten No. 6 in Wałbrzych in the School and Preschool Complex No. 6 (Grodzka 71 Street);

e) Local Government Kindergarten No. 7 in Wałbrzych in the School and Preschool Complex No. 7 (39 Dunikowskiego Street);

f) Local Government Kindergarten No. 8 in Wałbrzych in the Local Government Kindergarten Complex No. 1 (Grodzka 13 Street);

g) Local Government Kindergarten No. 22 in Wałbrzych in the School and Preschool Complex No. 2 (Królewiecka 7 Street);

h) Local Government Kindergarten No. 9 in Wałbrzych in the School and Preschool Complex No. 8 (Poznańska 8 Street)

It is estimated that 204,624 meals will be prepared and delivered for up to 812 children.

The subject of the contract is the provision of catering services consisting in the preparation and delivery for the pupils of the Youth Sociotherapy Center and care and educational institutions as well as the preparation, delivery and delivery for primary school students of meals (lunches) consisting of soup, second course along with salad and compote / drink for:

1) 180 primary school students fed by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Wałbrzych, including 80 children from Ukraine, in the following institutions in Wałbrzych:

a) Public Primary School No. 22 in the School and Preschool Complex No. 4, 11 Listopada 75 Street, expected number of fed children – 20,

b) Public Primary School No. 15, 1 Hirszfelda Street, expected number of fed children - 4,

c) Public Primary School No. 2, 13 Wańkowicza Street, expected number of fed children - 5,

d) Public Primary School No. 21 in the School and Preschool Complex No. 6, 71 Grodzka Street, expected number of fed children - 30,

e) Public Primary School No. 23, 3 Struga Street, expected number of fed children – 15,

f) Public Primary School No. 28, Al. Wyzwolenia 43, expected number of fed children – 4,

g) Public Primary School No. 30 in the School and Preschool Complex No. 3, 13 Chałubińskiego Street, expected number of fed children – 6,

h) Public Primary School No. 37 with Sports Departments in the School and Preschool Complex No. 7, Dunikowskiego 39, Główna 2, expected number of fed children – 15,

i) Public Primary School No. 5, 8 Poznańska Street, expected number of fed children – 15,

j) Public Primary School No. 6, 50 Andersa Street, expected number of fed children - 9,

k) Public Primary School No. 9 in the School and Preschool Complex No. 2, 7 Królewiecka Street, expected number of fed children - 4,

l) Public Primary School with Integration Classes No. 26 in Wałbrzych, 48 Palisadowa Street, expected number of fed children - 13,

m) Public Special Primary School No. 10, Ogrodowa 5a Street, expected number of fed children - 10 ,

n) Public Primary School No. 1 in the School and Preschool Complex No. 5, 12 Limanowskiego Street, expected number of fed children – 30.

2) 60 pupils of the Youth Sociotherapy Centre in Wałbrzych, 118 Moniuszki Street;

3) 56 pupils of the Care and Educational Institutions Service Centre living in four institutions:

a. Dom Siódemka, St. Jadwigi 10, 58-300 Wałbrzych (maximum 14 children);

b. Dom Ósemka, Spacerowa 48, 58-304 Wałbrzych (maximum 14 children);

c. Dom Dziewiątka, Miła 37, 58-304 Wałbrzych (maximum 14 children);

d. Dom Dziesiątka, Miła 39, 58-304 Wałbrzych (maximum 14 children).

It is estimated that the following will be prepared and delivered:

a) to school institutions – 33 480 meals;

b) to the Youth Sociotherapy Centre – 1602 meals;

c) to care and educational institutions – 9408 meals.

The subject of this part of the contract is a service consisting in preparing and dispensing meals from Monday to Friday for people who are charges of MOPS in Wałbrzych. The implementation of the service will take place in the following districts of the city of Wałbrzych according to the following subtasks:

◦ District 1: covering the districts of Nowe Miasto and Stary Zdrój (preferred point of dispensing lunches: Stary Zdrój district). The number of people fed is about 70 per day. An estimated 11,900 meals will be spent during the term of the contract.

◦ Region 2: covering the districts of Śródmieście and Podgórze (preferred point of dispensing lunches: Podgórze district). The number of people fed is about 19 per day. It is estimated that approx. 3,230 meals will be issued during the term of the contract,

◦ District 3: covering the districts of Biały Kamień and Sobięcin (preferred point of dispensing dinners: Biały Kamień district). The number of people fed is about 21 per day. It is estimated that approx. 3,570 meals will be issued during the term of the contract,

◦ Region 4: Sand Mountain – the number of people fed is 10 per day. It is estimated that about 1,700 meals will be issued during the term of the contract.

◦ District 5: Social Support Centre – Ogrodowa 2 a Street – the number of people fed is 20 per day. It is estimated that about 3400 meals will be issued during the term of the contract.

The estimated total number of people benefiting from the aid granted is about 140 people per day.

An estimated 23,800 meals will be spent during the term of the contract.
