A minimum purchase is not agreed upon.

The contract period begins with the award of the contract and, unless terminated beforehand, is 2 years (minimum contract period). The contractor reserves the right to extend the contract twice by one year each (optional contract periods). The minimum contract term is automatically extended by a further year, unless the client terminates the contract three months before the end of the contract period. The same applies to the second optional renewal period.

In any case, the contract ends when the maximum total order limit of EUR 7,980,000.00 net is reached; EUR 9,496,200.00 gross (incl. optional services).
