The mixed supply and services contract for the installation, integration and commissioning of the Central ITS Management System of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia (SCREM) and the different ITS components of road transport operators and Passenger Information Systems at a stop includes:
* The supply, installation, integration and commissioning of the basic components of the Central ITS Management System of the Region of Murcia (SCREM) and the services that exploit its components.
* The supply, installation, integration and commissioning of the on-board equipment of the new buses in the Region of Murcia, the self-service and recharging machines, the elements of the passenger information system and its integration with the Level 3 Modules of the SCREM.
The mixed supply and services contract for the installation, integration and commissioning of the Central ITS Management System of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia (SCREM) and the different ITS components of road transport operators and Passenger Information Systems at a stop includes:
* The supply, installation, integration and commissioning of the basic components of the Central ITS Management System of the Region of Murcia (SCREM) and the services that exploit its components.
* The supply, installation, integration and commissioning of the on-board equipment of the new buses in the Region of Murcia, the self-service and recharging machines, the elements of the passenger information system and its integration with the Level 3 Modules of the SCREM.
For the complete development of these works, the following will be taken into account:
* Supply of the equipment on board the buses for validation and sale, SAE equipment and SIV equipment.
* Supply of equipment on the street for self-sale and recharging.
* Supply of the necessary equipment for the installation of a Central Operator System (SCO) level 3 of the transport operator.
* Installation of the above elements, necessary developments, integration of all the elements with the management modules of level 3 of the Central ITS Management System of the Region of Murcia (SCREM) of level 4 and with the Payment Service Platform (PSP) of the Region of Murcia.
* Pilot tests.
* Commissioning and functional tests.
In this way the result of this contract should be the technological renewal of the on-board equipment of the bus service of the Region of Murcia, considering it as a whole, an integral solution regardless of the origin of the different services, with a communications protocol with the possibility of scalability and future growth with third party providers, and if possible based on European standards, being able to incorporate new technologies and applications in the future.
