The City of Kemijärvi is organizing a tender for the management of bus services in accordance with the transport contract.

The invitation to tender shall consist of this invitation to tender document and the following annexes:

- Traffic agreement

- JYSE 2014 Services

- Appendix 1 Service Description

- Annex 2 Ticket and payment system.

Note.! Tenderers are kindly requested to note the mandatory ESPD document, which they must complete. See Exclusion and Applicability (ESPD). If the tenderer is a consortium, each member of the consortium must complete the ESPD form. There are four (4) entities to be competed for. Multiple items can be offered, but item entities cannot be subdivided. Contracted traffic under this competition will begin at the beginning of the school year 08 / 2020-2021 for all routes and continue until the end of the school year 2021-2022. The agreement also includes two (2) option years (1 + 1).

The carrier will receive compensation for the services provided under the contract of carriage. The tender must indicate, for each destination, the price at which the carrier undertakes to operate the service for the entire duration of the contract, including value added tax (VAT 10%) on passenger transport services. The subscriber plans the routes and schedules of the lines and receives all ticket revenue.
