The object of the purchase is the development and maintenance services of the Open Finance Information System (AFIS). The duration of the provision of services is 36 months from the date of entry into force of the Agreement. The AFIS development and maintenance services purchased (hereinafter referred to as "services") include:

1. AFIS development services. It consists of the implementation of additional needs of AFIS related to changes in legal acts, consumer needs, inclusion of new data sets, technological changes and other development and modification tasks for the implementation of which, if necessary, the Customer will submit orders for AFIS development and maintenance (warranty maintenance) services" (hereinafter referred to as the Order), the form of which is provided in Annex 4 to the Agreement;

2. AFIS maintenance services. They consist in ensuring the operation of the full functionality of AFIS (both currently operating and future, created during the development and maintenance of AFIS during the provision of maintenance services) (implementation of minor changes in functionality, correction of non-warranty errors, restoration of system operation).
