II.1.1)Selection of Financing Partners to grant preferential loans to social economy entities under the Project "European repayable instruments for the development of social economy entities" under the European Funds for Social Development Programme 2021-2027"

The subject of the contract is the selection of Financing Partners (PF) providing services to the Contracting Authority consisting in the management of a specific fund created to grant preferential loans to social economy entities under the project "European Repayable Instruments for the Development of Social Economy" under the European Funds for Social Development Programme 2021-2027.

Name of the part: "Selection of Financing Partners to grant preferential loans to social economy entities under the Project "European repayable instruments for the development of social economy entities" under the European Funds for Social Development Programme 2021-2027"

Part I – nationwide – covers the entire country, i.e. 16 provinces – provision of services to the Contracting Authority consisting in the management of a detailed fund in the amount of PLN 15,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure, not lower than 12%, i.e. not less than PLN 1,800,000.00, and the implementation of the ratio of loans granted under the Project for PES in the number of not less than 131. In addition, the Contractor is obliged to achieve the ratio of jobs created as part of projects financed from PES loans in the number of not less than 131;

Part II - North-Eastern Macroregion comprising the following voivodeships: Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Podlaskie, Mazowieckie and Lubelskie Voivodeships - provision to the Contracting Authority of services consisting in the management of a detailed fund in the amount of PLN 7,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure, not lower than 12%, i.e. not less than PLN 840,000.00 and the realisation of the ratio of loans granted under the Project for PES in the number of not less than 67. In addition, the Contractor is obliged to achieve the ratio of jobs created as part of projects financed from PES loans in the number of not less than 67;

Part III – North-Western Macroregion comprising the following voivodeships: Pomeranian, West Pomeranian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Greater Poland, Lubuskie and Lower Silesian Voivodeships – provision to the Contracting Authority of services consisting in the management of a detailed fund in the amount of PLN 7,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure, not lower than 12%, i.e. not less than PLN 840,000.00 and the achievement of the ratio granted under the PES loans in the number of not less than 67. In addition, the Contractor is obliged to achieve the ratio of jobs created as part of projects financed from PES loans in the number of not less than 67;

Part IV – Southern Macroregion – including the following voivodeships: Łódź, Świętokrzyskie, Opole, Silesia, Małopolskie, Podkarpackie – provision to the Contracting Authority of services consisting in the management of a detailed fund in the amount of PLN 7,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure, not lower than 12%, i.e. not less than PLN 840,000.00 and the achievement of the ratio of loans granted under the Project to PES not less than 67. In addition, the Contractor is obliged to achieve the ratio of jobs created as part of projects financed from PES loans in the number of not less than 67;
