The subject of the contract is the construction of a gravitational sanitary sewage system fi 200 mm with a total length of 1 468.3 m with sanitary sewage connections in a road strip in the amount of: 110 pieces with a total length of 624.0 m in ul. Cichociemnych, Koncertowa, Kurants and Staff in the village of Książeniece PGR commune Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex 7 to the ToR.
