The procedure for awarding a sectoral contract is conducted under an open tender pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2017 item 1579 as amended) and based on the relevant implementing provisions.

In the procurement procedure, communication between the Employer and Contractors, in particular the submission of tenders, EAT, as well as documents and statements, shall be made using electronic means of communication. Offers with attachments and EAT, under pain of nullity, are made in electronic form and have a qualified electronic signature.
