Cleaning and maintenance services in the buildings of the Sports Hall, social facilities at the tennis courts and social facilities at the athletics stadium at 9 Zagajnikowa Street in Poznań.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the SWZ. In order to get acquainted with the specificity of the building and before submitting the offer, the Ordering Party allows you to conduct a local inspection.

The Contractor shall provide and appoint a coordinator who will perform systematic and direct supervision of the Contractor's employees during the provision of the service and quality control of the work they perform. The professional experience of the designated coordinator is a criterion for evaluating tenders. Changing the coordinator during the execution of the contract is only possible if the coordinator has at least as many years of professional experience is ensured.

The Contractor is obliged to perform cleaning services using cleaning products preferred by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the annex to the SWZ or using equivalent cleaning products. Cleaning products offered for the service must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party contained in Annex A to the SWZ.
