The subject of the contract is MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION OF THE INVESTMENT TASK UNDER THE PROJECT "CONSTRUCTION OF THE SUBurban Agglomeration Railway - PKA: CONSTRUCTION AND MODERNIZATION OF RAILWAY LINES AND INFRASTRUCTURE".

The scope of the Investment Task over which the Contractor will provide the Management and Supervision Service includes in particular:

Task # 1:

Design and execution of construction works for the task called "Construction and modernization of railway lines and stop infrastructure implemented under the project" Construction of the Suburban Agglomeration Railway "- Construction of a railway connection to the Rzeszów Jasionka airport", which will be carried out in a multi-shift system, includes in particular making the following elements:

a) project documentation, including:

Pre-project documentation,

Program and spatial concept,

Construction project,

Obtaining a building permit,

Preparation of the detailed design,

Development of detailed technical specifications,

Preparation of as-built documentation,

Performing author's supervision.

b) the implementation of Works consisting in the construction and reconstruction of railway infrastructure in the following industries:

Pavement and track bed,

Railway traffic control equipment (srk),

Telecommunications equipment and systems,

Traction network with power supply systems,

Electrical power equipment and systems up to 1 kV,

Non-traction electric power above 1 kV including non-traction needs lines (delete when not applicable),

Engineering facilities,

Platforms and cubature objects,

Crossings and crossings,

Collision removal,

c) the implementation of works involving the construction and reconstruction of road infrastructure to the extent necessary and construction of facilities to protect the environment,

d) conducting a conformity assessment of each structural subsystem covered by the contract at each stage (design, construction and final testing of the subsystem).

Task # 2:

Design and execution of construction works for the task called "Construction and modernization of railway lines and stop infrastructure implemented under the project" Construction of Suburban Agglomeration Railway "- Construction and modernization of stop infrastructure", which will be carried out in a multi-shift system, includes in particular the following elements :

e) project documentation, including:

Pre-project documentation,

Program and spatial concept,

Construction project,

Obtaining a building permit,

Preparation of the detailed design,

Development of detailed technical specifications,

Preparation of as-built documentation,

Performing author's supervision.

f) implementation of works involving the construction and reconstruction of railway infrastructure in the following industries:

Pavement and track bed,

Railway traffic control equipment (srk),

Telecommunications equipment and systems,

Traction network with power supply systems,

Electrical power equipment and systems up to 1 kV,

Non-traction electric power above 1 kV including non-traction needs lines (delete when not applicable),
