Driving services for the general medical emergency service of the North Rhine Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in the area of the Oberhausen district office

KV Nordrhein has commissioned GMG Gesundheitsmanagengesellschaft mbH, its wholly-owned subsidiary, to organise and carry out the general emergency medical service.

By means of an open procedure, GMG intends to award the following transport service to support doctors in carrying out home visits as part of the emergency service. The transport service is operated within the framework of the security on the basis of § 75 Abs. 1 SGB V in conjunction with the Common Emergency Service Regulations (NDO) of the Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Nordrhein (KVNO) and the Ärztekammer Nordrhein (ÄKNO).

The contractual partner of the future contractor will be GMG Gesundheitsmanagementgesellschaft mbH.

The subject of the order is the provision of vehicles with drivers for the transportation of doctors in the general medical emergency service.

The basis for the organisation and implementation of the medical emergency service in the area of the Oberhausen district office is the organisation chart in accordance with § 11 of the Joint Emergency Service Regulations of the North Rhine Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and the North Rhine Medical Association.
