Today, the Federal Customs Administration (FCA) manages the 1,200 objects it uses itself. Object management is transferred to the Federal Office for Buildings and Logistics (BBL) in order to focus more strongly on its core business. Half of the properties are plant buildings with investment character, whose operational object operation is to be handed over to a Facility Service Provider by BBL on 1.1.2021. In order to advertise the object operation, a suitable data basis is required.
