the Performance of the services begins from the date of notification of the contract. Delivery of the services is expected by 22/11/2024 for all lots. The market will end on 04/12/2024, the opening date of the exhibition. For lots 1 and 2, candidates will have to submit a tender for the additional services described in the specifications. In order to optimize the analysis of the bids for Lot 4, the candidates will provide a sample of printed canvas from space 3 of the course with dimensions of 1000 x 1000 mm. The provision of a sample will give rise to a compensation of 50 euro(s) paid upon presentation of an invoice. Each lot will be allocated separately.
