The City of Helsinki Department of Social Affairs and Health is asking for offers for the rental service of nursing beds and mattresses that prevent and treat pressure sores.

The objective of the tender is to establish a framework arrangement for the rental service of nursing beds and mattresses to prevent and treat pressure sores for use by the City of Helsinki Health and Social Services.

According to its needs, the City of Helsinki Department of Social Affairs and Health rents nursing beds, mattresses that prevent and treat pressure sores, combinations of nursing beds and mattresses that prevent and treat pressure sores, for example for hospital wards, housing units, institutions and customers' homes in Helsinki in the city area.

Acquisition is divided into ten subdivisions:

- Subdivision 1: Nursing bed

- Subdivision 2: Care bed (for heavier load)

- Part 3: Care bed (lower model)

- Part 4: Care bed (extra long model)

- Part 5: Pressure ulcer prevention mattress (moderate risk)

- Part 6: Mattress to prevent and treat pressure sores (high and very high risk)

- Part 7: Treatment bed and mattress to prevent pressure sores (moderate risk)

- Part 8: Treatment bed and mattress to prevent and treat pressure sores (high and very high risk)

- Part 9: Treatment bed (lower model) and mattress to prevent pressure sores (moderate risk)

- Part 10: Treatment bed (lower model) and mattress to prevent and treat pressure sores (high and very high risk)
