You are hereby invited to tender for consultancy framework agreements with requested services Architect, building construction, electrical and teleconstruction and plumbing construction including sprinkler.

The commissioned organisation has a need to secure access to consultants for small and medium-sized projects, for ongoing work and for operations at short notice or of an acute nature.

Tenders are introduced for the respective union area. Contracts are signed with several consultants in the respective union area.

The aim is to sign in all areas of the union three contracts. Within requested union areas, suppliers are ranked 1-3.

Enacted tenderers shall have the opportunity to supply experts in the current union areas after consultation with the Order.

Union Areas

By means of this procurement, the Commandant intends to sign framework agreements with suppliers within each individual union area as set out below:

1. Architect

Planning and investigation in pre-study.

Provise decision-making at the early stages. Internal and exterior design of new and redevelopment and placement on the plot. Projecting construction engineering documents and fixed furnishings. Establishment of the request and construction and relationship documents as directed by the order;

2. Building construction

Sizing and construction of load-bearing parts in buildings. Experted in structural engineering matters. Technical investigations. Establishment of construction and relationship documents according to the instructions of the order;

3. Electricity and teleconstruction

Projecting electrical and telecommunications installations. Experiment in the field of electricity/telecommunications. Technical investigations. Establishment of construction and relationship documents according to the instructions of the order;

4. HVAC construction incl. sprinkler

Projecting plumbing technical installations including sprinkler. Experted in the field of plumbing technical issues. Technical investigations. Establishment of construction and relationship documents.
