The Braunschweig Municipal Museum (hereinafter referred to as AG) is inviting tenders for the award of the contract to a security service provider (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) for the interior guarding of the Braunschweig Municipal Museum, at two locations:

• Main House, Steintorwall 14, 38100 Braunschweig (hereinafter referred to as the Main House)

• Altstadtrathaus, Altstadtmarkt 38100 Braunschweig (hereinafter referred to as Altstadtrathaus)

The Braunschweig Municipal Museum (hereinafter referred to as AG) is inviting tenders for the award of the contract to a security service provider (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) for the interior guarding of the Braunschweig Municipal Museum, at two locations:

• Main House, Steintorwall 14, 38100 Braunschweig (hereinafter referred to as the Main House)

• Altstadtrathaus, Altstadtmarkt 38100 Braunschweig (hereinafter referred to as Altstadtrathaus)

As a rule, the Contractor's activities are alarm services and reception services, which essentially includes guarding the exhibition premises during opening hours as well as for special exhibitions, evening and daytime events.

The service staff must enter the exhibition areas assigned to them by the employees of the Municipal Museum who are authorised to issue instructions and, in particular, accompany visitors at an appropriate distance and, if necessary, point out the museum's requirements, which are laid down in the house rules and the service instructions to be drawn up.

The employees of the Contractor are still expected to be willing to service the museum shop cash register and make deposits and withdrawals. For this purpose, the client will introduce and instruct up to 6 selected employees of the contractor in cash management, who will then receive a cash register license from the administration of the Municipal Museum after determination.
