The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of mixed municipal solid waste and sorted waste from the territory of the Iwanowice commune.

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in collecting any quantity of mixed municipal solid waste and segregated waste from property owners where residents (permanently and seasonally) from the commune of Iwanowice, as well as running a stationary point for selective municipal waste collection and waste management

The detailed scope and description of the service which is the subject of the contract is included in the Description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ" constituting Annex 8 to the ToR.
