The contract is tacitly renewed, unless otherwise decided by the Public Entity, for a further period of 12 months. It can thus be renewed 3 times, per 12-month period, without the total duration of the framework agreement exceeding 48 months.10 lots are provided for with minimum and maximum amounts smoothed over the total duration of the contract (48 months)
