It is divided into two distinct phases:1 - an application phase at the end of which the list of candidates eligible to submit a tender will be drawn up.2 - a tender phase at the end of which the successful tenderer will be chosen. The framework agreement with maximum will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit and fixed prices. The estimated value is indicative. It includes all renewal periods
