The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices for the Nicolaus Copernicus Provincial Multidisciplinary Centre of Oncology and Traumatology in Łódź. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to this SWZ.

The subject of the contract has been divided into parts and includes 6 packages.

An offer can be made for all or selected packages. The offer for its validity in a given package must be submitted to all items. The Contracting Authority shall not allow tenders for items within the package.
