1. The subject of the contract expansion of the network infrastructure of the Łódź Provincial Office in Łódź through the purchase of network equipment and the addition of functionality of the campus network.
2. Expansion of the network infrastructure has to lead to the creation of a network with a central controller, according to the software defined network concept (SDN). As part of the project, it is required to provide new devices (network switches and necessary network components as below) and the implementation of the network, using the supplied equipment and equipment owned by the Ordering Party, as well as a full production network launch, together with ensuring adequate training of administrators employed by the Contracting Authority.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex 9 to SWZ
1. The subject of the contract expansion of the network infrastructure of the Łódź Provincial Office in Łódź through the purchase of network equipment and the addition of functionality of the campus network.
2. Expansion of the network infrastructure has to lead to the creation of a network with a central controller, according to the software defined network concept (SDN). As part of the project, it is required to provide new devices (network switches and necessary network components as below) and the implementation of the network, using the supplied equipment and equipment owned by the Ordering Party, as well as a full production network launch, together with ensuring adequate training of administrators employed by the Contracting Authority.
The Campus of the Łódź Provincial Office consists of a central location and 12 field locations. Field locations are connected to the central location using:
• 5 locations — dark fiber, up to 10km from central location
• 7 locations - VPN tunnel (IPSec)
The Ordering Party has devices for implementing VPN services — delivery of devices is not subject to this order.

3. Scope of delivery includes:
1) The delivery of the equipment indicated in the OPZ annex 9 to the SWZ, together with the licenses required for the construction of the campus network, i.e.:
a) The campus network management system (HW with dedicated software) described in section 1.1.1 OPZ, item 1;
b) User authentication access control system (HW with dedicated software) described in section 1.1.2 OPZ, pcs. 2;
(c) Aggregation switches described in paragraph 1.1.3 OPZ with dedicated licenses), item 8;
(d) Access switches described in Section 1.1.4 of OPZ with dedicated licenses, pcs 73;
e) WiFi access points described in Section 1.1.5 of the OPZ with dedicated licenses item 4.
2) The delivery of licenses to the network switches indicated in the OPZ (Annex 9 to SWZ),
3) assembly, commissioning and demonstrating the full efficiency of the campus network,
4) Providing training carried out by providing a voucher for 4 people for certified training of the manufacturer of the provided solution, in the field of work and administration of SDN solutions, at an advanced minimum level. Validity of vouchers at least 6 months from the date of signing of the collection protocol.
4. The Contractor also guarantees the provision of engineering support for use within 36 months from the date of signing the Reception Protocol, provided by an engineer with a valid Cisco Certified international working Expert certification in the specialization “Routing and Switching” or equivalent in hours min. 200 or more (criterion for evaluation of tenders).
