Kėdainiai district municipality administration is purchasing the preparation of the amendment of the detailed plan of Owlnagiai village, approved by order No AD-1-982 of 29 August 2019 of the Director of Administration of Kėdainiai District Municipality "On the approval of the amendment of the detailed plan of Owlnagiai village". The planned area is about 210 hectares. The purpose of drawing up a detailed plan is to establish new regulations for the use of the territory: to clarify the boundaries and areas of the planned plots by changing the provisions on the boundaries of land plots and (or) the principles of land parcel formation and redevelopment (minimum and (or) maximum possible sizes of land plots), to plan the optimal network of engineering communication corridors, to provide for a communication system for pedestrians, bicycle paths, other communication communications and the need for easements necessary for their functioning.
