The subject of the contract is collection and management through recovery or disposal of municipal waste from the residential real estate located in the Teresin commune, indicated in the description of the order, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2010, as amended) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The subject of the contract is not the collection and management of municipal waste from uninhabited real estate from the commune.
