In connection with project 1004910 New Government district, Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property], wants to implement qualification of participants that may be interested in submitting a tender for a partnering contract for K304 Lifts.

The contract includes lifts for all buildings in the construction phase 1 (lots); the H-Block, the D-Block, Møllergt. 19 and the A-block, for a total of approx. 26 lifts.

The contract is expected to be initiated by the middle of 2020. Construction phase 1 is expected to be completed by December 2024.

The option is described in the qualification documentation. The expected option period is from January 2025 until December 2028.
