Description:
Air services in forests in the field of fire protection and forest protection in 2023 - II round

The subject of the contract are air services consisting of:

(a) extinguishing fires in the forest and its immediate vicinity;

(b) carrying out agro-aerial treatments in forests.

Detailed rules for the provision of services are set out in Annex 1 and Annex 3 to SWZ.

Date of commencement of services: between 15 March and 30 April 2023, period of provision of services: approximately 6 months.

The contracting authority allows partial bids to be submitted. The order is divided into 10 lots.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract.

Contracts under Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL will consist in the repetition of services similar to those covered by the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of contracts under Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL will not exceed the scope of the basic contract, and the period for which contracts may be concluded will not be longer than 48 months.

Contracts under Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL will be awarded after a separate public procurement procedure has been conducted under the single-source procurement procedure.
