1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity between 1.1.2022 and 31.12.2022 and 1,234 (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) of 14,872.14 MWh, of which:
1) to premises and facilities — other tariff groups (part 1 am.) — 7 964,38 MWh — a detailed list of PPE is Zal. 1a to SWZ;
2) for premises and facilities — tariff group B (Part 2 zam.) — 1 863,14 MWh — a detailed list of PPE is Zal. 1b to SWZ;
3) for road lighting (Part 3 zam.) — 5 044,62 MWh, a detailed list of PPE is Zal. 1c to SWZ.
2. The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may deviate from the amount of energy actually collected, during the duration of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the contracting (customers), other than the need to pay for the amount of energy actually collected.
3. Billing periods used: tariff group: B, C2x — 1 mies.; C1x, G, R — 2 mies.
Electricity supply to premises and facilities — other tariff groups1. Number of measurement systems accounting for consumed electricity 617 pcs
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption over the term of the contract of 7,964.38 MWh, of which:
— Zone I: 5 933,75 MWh,
— Zone II: 2,030.63 MWh.
The above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level (+/-10%).
4. Deliveries will take place from 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022, provided that for the Municipality of Świekatowo — PPE 590310600000717962 (heading 51, Municipality Office building in Annex 1a to SWZ) deliveries will take place between 1.1.2022 and 30.6.2022.
Details of delivery dates (commencement and termination) for individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to SWZ column 'Supply Period'.
5. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column 'Delivery period'). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
6. Quality standards
1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with certain quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
2) The quality standards of electricity are described in the Law of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (as amended) and the Regulation Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 with amendments on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and clearing in electricity trading.
7. CPV code under which the subject of the contract is classified: 09300000-2 — Electricity, thermal, solar and nuclear power, 09310000-5 — Electricity.
8. The Contractor shall, on the basis of the power of attorney granted, be required to notify on behalf of his own and the Contracting Party (s) to the relevant DSO in accordance with the applicable rules and to represent the Contracting Party (s) before the DSO — the process of changing the seller.
9. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of taking advantage of Article 139 (1) of Pzp, i.e. the possibility of examining and evaluating tenders in the first place, and then making the qualifications of the contractor whose offer has been the highest rated, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment conditions of participation in the proceedings.
10. As a result of the settlement of the procurement procedure, 16 contracts will be concluded.
11. The Contracting Authority requires the provision of a security of sound performance of the contract, the Contractor shall contribute 16 safeguards for the sound performance of the contract separately for each contract concluded with the Contracting Authority.
12. The Contracting Authority requests the insertion of a defect. In case of placing an offer for part 1 of the order: 95 000,00 PLN.

3. Estimated electricity consumption over the term of the contract of 1,863.14 MWh, of which:
— zone I: 839,80 MWh,
— zone II: 154,40 MWh,
— Zone III: 868,94 MWh.
