2. The subject of the order is the successive supply of pharmaceutical and nutritional products, specified in detail in the Assortion-Price Form, which is Annex 2 to SWZ to the Contracting Authority's Hospital Pharmacy warehouse. Products offered must comply with the requirements of the Pharmaceutical Law of 6 September 2001 (OJ 2021.1977 t.j. of 2021.10.29) or for nutritional products, the Act of 25 August 2006 on food safety and nutrition (OJ 2020.2021 t.j. of 2020.11.16) and other legal requirements for the admission of the offered subject of the contract for marketing and use on the territory of Poland.
3. The Contractor covers transport costs, is responsible for the correct conditions of transport and incurs the cost of insurance during transport to the Ordering Party, in the price of the offer provides unloading with the transfer to the warehouse.
