Hammer Gemeinnützige Baugesellschaft mbH (client) intends to convert and renovate a chapel building on the site of the Central Accommodation Facility for Refugees (ZUE) Hamm as part of a change of use. The building was formerly used as a chapel and has been vacant for some time. It is now to be rebuilt and renovated for the care of refugees.

In addition, the building does not meet today's requirements for thermal insulation and is to be renovated accordingly in terms of energy efficiency.

The subject of the contract is the technical planning services required for the implementation of this project.

The award includes the technical planning for the technical equipment performance profile in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 of the HOAI for the measure described in more detail in Section II.1.4) "Conversion of chapel building ZUE Hamm". Plant groups 1 to 5 are to be processed in accordance with § 53 para. 2 HOAI. A gradual commissioning of work phases 1 to 9 is planned (for more details, see section II.2.11).

In addition to the largely transferred basic services, selected special services are transferred. The details are regulated by the service description (available at the Internet address mentioned in Section 1.3).
