The call for tenders concerns the delivery of an electronic patient record system for medical offices and medical services as a cloud-based service to Flå, Nesbyen, Gol, Hemsedal, Ål, Hol municipalities and Hallingdal emergency centre.

The system must be a good and clear medical record for the individual patient and must cover all functional needs related to the service, as well as be user-friendly, efficient and future-oriented. The system must have the option of booking appointments individually, and must be a functional solution for communication with hospitals, rehabilitation institutions and GPs via the Norwegian health network.

A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to accept all or parts of a tender.
