Oslo and Akershus University College (HiOA) shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for waste handling, including shredding and consultancy services. The Property Department currently manages buildings with a total of approx. 170 000 m2. After Pilestredet 42 has been handed over, the property mass will be approx. 178 000 m2. The framework agreement's length will be 2 years, but HiOA will have an option for an extension of the framework agreement for a further 2 years (1+1 year), to a total of maximum of 4 years. The estimated volume of the contract is a total of 1 600 000 NOK-2 000 000 excluding VAT per annum. Of this, shredding is estimated to be approx. 250 000 NOK-500 000 excluding VAT per annum.
