Company health management Healthy discussions

Due to the central health-promoting role of executives, the AOK offers measures / seminars under the heading of "Healthy Conversations" to promote healthy employee management. The seminars are provided as a service on behalf of and on behalf of AOK Rheinland-Pfalz / Saarland (client).

Health-friendly leadership

Workshops of the seminar series “Healthy Conversations” are held.

The seminars are provided as a service on behalf of and on behalf of AOK Rheinland-Pfalz / Saarland (client).

Experience has shown that around 15-20 seminars from lot 1 of the “Healthy Conversations” seminar series are implemented per calendar year according to the demand for offers.

There is no entitlement to a minimum purchase of seminars!

The seminars are basically implemented as day seminars with around 10 to 15 participants. After consultation with the client and the corporate customer, the content can also be divided into 2 half-day seminars. An alternative implementation of the seminars in digital or hybrid form must be possible without separate remuneration. The service provider must provide the AOK partner company with the technical framework conditions in a suitable form, or use the technology advised by the customer.

If necessary, the bidder creates an “open product” / seminar within 4 months and implements it in the tender period. The content corresponds to the topic of the respective lot and is specified by the client.

It is not possible to divide the seminar modules lot 1 to different providers, as the modules build on one another. Experience has shown that partner companies call up the modules one after the other and attach importance to a trainer who is known or introduced in the company.

The concept, trainer manual and participant media are largely prepared and provided by the client. After the award of the contract, these must be adapted by the bidder in coordination with the client and adapted to current health policy and health science findings.

- "Open product" on the topic of lot 1.

There is no separate remuneration for the preparation and coordination of the documents with the client.

- Stress management and time management for executives,

- Promote health through appreciation,

- Let the anger out or eat into yourself?

- Conflict coaching - "managing conflicts healthily",

- dealing with mentally stressed employees,

- Strong in a crisis (and in change management),

- "Open product" on the topic of lot 2.

The client collects the requirements and describes the content in detail.

The target group are executives and works councils, similar to the other seminar products.

Mindfulness / happiness

The seminars are provided as a service on behalf of and on behalf of AOK Rheinland-Pfalz / Saarland (client).
