Bar Food Operator to

submit proposals to

(i) operate the

existing bar unit

(The Sheridan Bar)

located within the

Airside Departures

Terminal at Shannon

Airport and (ii)

redevelop the bar

unit in late 2016 to

drive extra sales

and customer

satisfaction for

2017 onwards. Interested tenderers must attend the mandatory site visit arranged for 15:30 on Thursday 19th May. Tenderers must email pamela.brooks@shannonairport.ie to confirm attendance at this site visit.
