Description:

The Contracting Authority seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to deliver Cyclical Redecoration and Associated Repairs to General Needs Street Properties and Blocks; Leasehold Blocks and Estate Areas owned and managed by The Client.


Leasehold, Shared Ownership and Mixed Tenure Properties

The works required by this contract, can include but are not restricted to:

(i) Cyclical decorations to all previously painted surfaces and associated repairs to Leaseholder, Shared Ownership and Mixed Tenure blocks and estates;

(iii) Cyclical decorations to all previously painted surfaces, pre-finished render where over 10 years old and timber cladding, including rainwater goods, fencing, paving, brickwork, planters, and associated repairs to internal and external communal parts. Also to treat all timber cladding as per manufacturers recommendations;

(iv) Repairs to flooring within communal parts.

The Form of Contract will be an amended form of TPC2005 Term Partnering Contract and the Service Provider will be required to achieve the social and environmental objectives of the Client.


General Needs and Market Rent

The works required by this contract, can include but are not restricted to:

(i) Cyclical decorations to all previously painted surfaces and associated repairs to General Needs street properties and Market Rent blocks and estates;

(ii) Cyclical decorations to all previously painted surfaces, pre-finished render where over 10 years old and timber cladding, including rainwater goods, fencing, paving, brickwork, planters, and associated repairs to internal and external communal parts. Also to treat all timber cladding as per manufacturers recommendations;

(iv) Repairs to flooring within communal parts.

The Form of Contract will be an amended form of TPC2005 Term Partnering Contract and the Service Provider will be required to achieve the social and environmental objectives of the Client.
