The subject of the contract in the scope financed by the Company Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. and the Municipality of the City of Mysłowice is the execution of construction works for the task entitled: "Modernization of track and network infrastructure on tram line No. 14 in Mysłowice along the streets: Bytomska, Starokościelna, Szymanowskiego, Powstańców – task 10, as part of the implementation of the Project entitled: "Integrated Project of modernization and development of tram infrastructure in the Silesian - Zagłębie Agglomeration along with the purchase of rolling stock tram – stage I" co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment

1. The subject of the contract in the scope financed by Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. is the execution of construction works for the task entitled: "Modernization of track and network infrastructure on tram line No. 14 in Mysłowice along the streets: Bytomska, Starokościelna, Szymanowskiego, Powstańców" – task No. 10 as part of the implementation of the Project entitled: "Integrated Project of modernization and development of tram infrastructure in the Silesian - Zagłębie Agglomeration along with the purchase of tram rolling stock - stage I" co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment

2. The investment task shall include m.in .:

- Changes in the location of stops and their appropriate signage (if required). All substitute transport stops – at the discretion of the Contractor

• Demolition works

• Reconstruction of the track with the network in Mysłowice along the streets: Bytomska, Starokościelna, Szymanowski and Powstańców together with the loop:

• Grinding of rails after completion of track assembly works and during the warranty period in compliance with the requirements of PKP instructions (ID 104 and ID 105)

The subject of the contract within the scope of the Municipality of the City of Mysłowice is the execution of construction works for the task "Modernization of tram line No. 14 in Mysłowice – a string of streets: Bytomska, Starokościelna, Szymanowski, Powstańców together with the necessary infrastructure:

4. The total scope of works includes:

I. INDUSTRY – ROAD – including sidewalks + pedestrian crossings, exit surfaces, parking spaces, roadway – paving stones, roadway – asphalt mass, temporary traffic organization, target traffic organization, bus bays, green areas, paving of cubes, in places indicated by the Ordering Party, road curbs, sunken road curbs, stone edging, geodesy, as-built documentation, acceptances, bicycle infrastructure.

II. WATER AND SEWAGE INDUSTRY including combined and rainwater sewage system, sanitary sewage system, water supply with connections.

III. ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY including street lighting.

IV. TELETECHNICAL INDUSTRY including technological channel, single-hole cable sewage system of the Mysłowice City Hall.
