The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of heating diesel oil (hereinafter referred to as oil) with parameters that meet the requirements of the quality standard PN-C-96024:2020-12 or equivalent to road and railway facilities of border crossings in the Lublin Voivodeship according to the location and quantity specified in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the Specification of the Terms of the Contract (hereinafter: SWZ). The purchased oil will be used for heating purposes (space heating, hot water). The subject of the contract is divided into 2 parts: 1) Part No. 1 - Successive deliveries of heating diesel oil to border crossings with Belarus, 2) Part No. 2 - Successive deliveries of heating diesel oil to border crossings with Ukraine.

The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of heating diesel oil to the border crossings with Belarus in an estimated amount of 306 m3. The oil should be delivered to the oil boiler rooms of the ordering party located: 1) Road Border Crossing in Kukuryki - Car Terminal in Koroszczyna, 2) Veterinary, Phytosanitary, Sanitary and Customs Checkpoint in Kobylany, 3) Road Border Crossing in Terespol, 4) Railway Border Crossing in Terespol, 5) Road Border Crossing in Sławatycze.

The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of heating diesel oil to the border crossings with Ukraine in an estimated amount of 542 m3. The oil should be delivered to the tanks of the ordering party's oil boiler rooms located in the following facilities: 1) Road Border Crossing in Dorohusk, 2) Railway Border Crossing in Dorohusk, 3) Road Border Crossing in Zosin, 4) Road Border Crossing in Dołhobyczów, 5) Road Border Crossing in Hrebenne.
