Bodø municipality and Bodø Municipal Housing Foundation intend to enter into a framework agreement for service and maintenance of lifts.

The framework agreement period is two years from contract signing. The contracting authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for up to two years (one year + one year).

The contract is for the service and maintenance of all the Contracting Authority´s lifts in the Contracting Authority´s buildings, except newly installed lifts and major renovations. In these cases there will normally be a service and maintenance contract (guarantee) with the supplier of the new installation or the contractor responsible for the renovation work. In cases where there is no service agreement with the supplier, new/renovated installations are also included in this framework agreement. The contract will also include necessary repairs and the use of materials in connection with maintenance and repair.

Lift installations may be added or removed from the agreement during the contract period. New installations that are added to the agreement shall have the same conditions, and be priced equally to the comparable lift installations that are already priced in the contract.
