The Commissioner requires the Contractor to provide a secure off-site storage facility (the “Storage Facility”) whereby the Contractor shall ensure that storage adhere to the recommendations outlined in British Standard PD5454:2012 (or equivalent) which addresses issues relating to preservation, legal compliance, secure storage, retrieval and destruction.
