The object of the contract is the provision of management services for the rehabilitation of the fortified enclosure of Monterrei.

The actions include, if applicable, the executions of modified, complementary, price revisions and settlement projects until the works deserve the full agreement of the Galician Tourism Agency, as the formal act of reception occurs and is in conditions to be delivered for incorporation into the service and public use.

Contracting of the construction management indicated in the clauses of the general specifications, the management of the same until their completion is completed in accordance with the approved projects, and formalizing the acts of reception in accordance with the provisions of article 243 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts.
