Installation of Tallinn City's waiting houses, public paid outdoor toilets (hereinafter referred to as toilets) and advertising and city information showcases (hereinafter referred to as showcases) with the preparation of project documentation and the obtaining of necessary permits and approvals (hereinafter also construction works); maintenance, repair and emergency work of showcases (hereinafter also maintenance and repair work or provision of services) together with the right to display advertising in waiting houses, toilets and showcases and to receive remuneration from toilet users.

As a result of public procurement, a mixed contract is concluded within the meaning of § 19 (2) of the RHS, the object of which is the provision of services to the contracting authority together with the concession of works and services.
